The best teacher is a teacher who makes students study!

What's up?

One problem is that young students leave our school when they get older. They change to an offline academy where Korean English teachers teach the class. Their parents think that Korean English teachers at an academy can prepare for the exams best. However, this is short-sighter. Korean teachers can prepare them for tests the following week or month, but for long-term English learning our teachers are better. 

What can we do? 

An important role of the teacher is as the lesson planner & counselor. Please ask your student what they are doing for learning English outside of class. If our school is their only school for English, you should play the role of a lesson planner and counselor.  The teacher guides the student to study on their own as well as during their lesson. Our teachers should encourage students to study outside of class. Taking our class regularly is not enough to improve their English dramatically. It is important to check-in about students' out of class studies and help them with questions they may have. 

Our Goal:

The students should take classes until they are in 10th grade and come back as college students.
