We don’t switch the teacher next month automatically any more without the permission of one of tow parties: a student’s permission or our teacher’s. So we give up the most part of the rotation system. As you know, the rotation system was the rule of our school, but not any more. In the middle of the month, I will ask all of our students, if they want to have a new teacher next month. If they didn’t say anything, then they would stay there next month automatically. Our teachers can tell Kevin, too, if they have difficulties with a student. So we could often prevent the loss.
