2. Kevin sends you the money separately now. EnglishAloud pays 10 US dollars (12.5 Canadian dollars) for your bankfees and you pay the rest probably 6 or 7 dollars. But if you received the money once every two month, the money for bankfees Kevin pays would be 20 dollars. You would get 3 or 4 dollars extra. If you need it, let Kevin know. 

If the money is less than 1000 dollars, EnglishAloud will send it once every two months is the rule. But if the teacher cannot wait, then let Kevin know. EnglishAloud pays 10 US dollars for Bankfees your side to all of our teachers, even it a teacher will get less than 1,000 thousend US dollars.

3. Student's cards: Student's cards should be hosted by the teacher and Kevin. But the teacher is more responsible for the cards than Kevin. Thanks!. 

3.1. If there is a new student: You make a card for the student as soon as possible.

3.2. If one of your students leaves our school, or leaves you to move to another teacher, update the cards immediately. Student's FamilyFirstName_(other teacher if applicable)_Year_Month

3.3. There is a control checking the student's cards four times a year Jan, April, July, October. You should update your student's cards min. four times a year. 

3.4. Please install the Google Drive program in your computer. You can use the Google Drive as if it was one of your hard disk in your computer. 

3.5 If you use Google Drive on your web browser, please download files, update them and upload after. DO NOT CLICK THE FILES ON WEB BROWSER. We will no longer be using Google Office to update student cards. We will use OpenOffice for student cards instead.
