2. Make-up Lessons:
1. If the teacher or school is responsible for a missed lesson, we offer a makeup lesson at the student's convenience. An example of this situation would be a sick teacher, technology issues (a problem with the teacher's computer or internet), or a power shortage in the teacher's country.
2. If the student wants to reschedule the lesson, they must inform the school or their teacher a minimum of 10 min. in advance, before the class starts. For example, If the notice is 5 min in advance only the teacher has right to decide. The teacher can give the makeups in the teacher's availability on the schedule (White and Yellow zone).
If you want Kevin to help schedule a makeup lesson, please tell him.
2.1. An exception: If the class is the first class for the month, we will give a makeup without any restrictions. We don't wants for students to hesitate to sign up for class.
2.2. Another exception: The teacher can teach the student the same day, if the teacher has time to teach the student in the availability of the day.
3. If the student missed the make-up lesson, the student can change the schedule one day before the makeup lesson day. Otherwise there would be no more make-up for the missed make-up lesson.
4. If there are two lessons a day and the student missed the two lessons that day, we can give the student one lesson as a makeup, even if there was late notice, but the teacher can give the makeups in the teacher's availability on the schedule (White and Yellow zone).
5. In other cases when a student misses their lesson, the school is not obligated to schedule a makeup lesson. However, we always like to help our students.
6. The school has no obligation to schedule makeup lessons unless the student speaks with the office directly. The school is not responsible for an unknown agreement between the teacher and the student.
3. The case for a refund:
1. If a student signs up, but after a few classes, is disappointed and decides to withdraw, the student will receive a refund for the remaining classes.
2. In the case of an unexpected teacher or schedule change, the students may decide to withdraw and receive a refund for the remaining classes.
3. If a student pays more than one month at a time and decides not to come the additional time, we will refund the school fees for the time during the following month(s) they won't come.
