4. There will be the Multi-media writing contest next month. The theme will be my winter story or my summer story. Students should write a text about it and our teachers will correct it and post it on our website. A student will get the first prize, only the student will submit the text with a video. Our student can shot a video easily, because they have a webcam. We will talk about it next week, too.
5. This month is the month for our level test. Our teachers will write a short school report about the student. We will talk about it next week, too.
6. Please don’t forget: If a student didn’t come to class, please send Kevin two messages: for example max is late and he didn’t come today. Some teachers give just one message, instead of two.
7. We have a teachers’ party & makeup lesson day on Tuesday 30th of this month. We will do that this time something different. Our teachers don’t meet students one on one, but one teacher on some students: A group meeting. So our teacher will give our students a chance to know each other at the party. We will talk about it next week, too.
8. You will group call your student and Kevin at the same time to test your student’s Skype. Kevin would be happy with that.
9. Another Makeup lesson day: on Monday 29th. If a teacher doesn’t have any makeups, she or he doesn’t need to come that day.
10. If you had serious problems with your student, please let Kevin know. Another teacher would teach the student. It is always a good idea. For example: A teacher sent me the message: there was no real communication with the child. Courtney replaced her very successfully. Another example: another teacher sent me the message: she was tired with the student. Megan replaces her very successfully.
