   -- Official New Year Holidays in Korea (according to the lunar Calendar): Feb. 2nd, 3rd and 4th.  We are teaching on these days. If some students don’t attend our school these days, they will get makeup lessons. If necessary, please contact Kevin.

    --Make up lessons for Feb. will happen on Sunday the 27th

1) New teacher: Zandy from Florida.

    --She graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder

    --Her major: English and Psychology.

    --She taught English for about 2 years in Thailand. 

    -- Currently in FL

2) Courtney can’t come next month because she is going to Thailand for her school in Taiwan.

3) Additional ("bonus") Rate factors:

    --1. Duration at English Aloud   

    --2. How much the teacher contributs to our website (especially to the teacher’s board)

    --3. Teacher’s re-registration rate (how often the same students return)

    --4. How many premium students the teacher has (Carrie is currently the only premium teacher at our school)

    --5. Attendance: at teachers meetings, giving demo lessons, etc.

4) Conference calls are no longer free.  Kevin has paid to have them available; that means, if a teacher wants to do a conference call, Kevin must be included in order to use videos.  So, as long as Kevin is part of the conference call, the teachers don't have to pay.
