Do you know about Do-San Ahn Chang Ho?
The so-called those greate man could be a hackneyed categorization.
The could be nothing but a doll displayed in a wax museum.
However, I will talk about his challenge, adventure and ideal in order to commemorate him.
Do-San Ahn Chang ho is one of the greatest man who represented our country.
He made an effort to fight for our country's independence.
It has been 60 years since his death but whenever I see those draft evaders, I can't help thinking of Do-San's words.
He said "Do you really love your country? Then, be a sound person.
Doy you really care about your people? Then be a doctor.
If not, heal yourself to be a sound person.
Do-San Ahn chang ho is the real master of the Koreans.
He is the one we can proudly represent.
He joined the independence movement to turn the fate of Korea.
In 1894, Russian-Japan war inspired Do-San to awaken patriotism in himself.
The war made him aware of his attachment to his nation.
His belief that citizens can perform their responsibility by working for their people started at the time.
Then he founded Deasung School, Daehaninmin and Heungsadan to enlighten Koreans and fight against Japanese nationalist.
It has been a half century since Do-San passed away.
Hewever, he is not just a person who lived before because his personality and ideology are still with us today.
Do-San is well-known as one of the most dilligent and honest people in Korean history.
He taught not to lie even if it is a joke.
In the 21st century, Korea is facing lots of reformation and changes.
It becomes compulsory to be born again to achieve re-unification and to make clean society.
We need to achieve real democracy by eliminating wrongly accepted customs.
We need to reform our education system to teach children to be creative and affirmative
Three values, knowledge, credit and money, are emphasized today as Do-San insisted.
I asked myself. Do your really love your country?
