Once Upon a Century...
I was living happily in Africa's savanna. I was a young zebra foal. But my life was very risky because of a bunch of lions.
Even this moment I am being chased by Scar, the lion.
Now, I will show you my diary...
July 5th, 1903
Terrible! Chaos in the savannas!
There is a dreadful draught here!
Herbivores are getting exhausted, and the lions and hyenas are delighted for meat easy to catch. What do you mean, how do they drink? Oh, they somehow got it out from Fires, the hawk who knows where water is. Oh well… I’ll guess we’ll have to wait.
July 23rd , 1903
Yes! I’ve found a way to get rid of the lions! I’ve made a deal with Fires. I’d get rid of the lions, (so they’d stop interrogating Fires where water is, and Fires would tell me where water was. So, I made a plan. First, I’m going to get invisible string from Nancy the spider. Then I’ll get a fresh slab of meat (which is easy to find) and tie it to the string. I’ll be hiding, and when the lions come I’ll make the meat move towards a large pit. Then, the lion will fall in! Pretty cool Huh?
December 20th, 1903
Hooray! Over the last few months I practiced and practiced, and tried to get rid of the lions. Today it worked. And some zoologists took the lion away! Finally, it’s all back to normal.
So that’s what happened 70 years ago.
