I'll talk about why I'm lucky than girls in the Afganistan.
Because I think girls in Afganistan can't get many opportunities to have a education.
But in Korea I can get many opportunities to get a education change such as school educations, academy educations etc. So I feel I'm very lucky and also I'm thanksful that I am not born in Afganistan. In Afganistan their mind is nagative for women. They treat men is more good than women. So they don't give a change to have a education for girls.
But Korea's mind is diffierent, we think women and men have each of merit so women also have the same stage of the men.
Also I think Afganistan people should change their mind too.
And I wish all over the world people especially women can get a right chance to study and get a same stage like a men. I perfer all the people in the world can get a education and develop thire own curtures and customs. So they can live more comfortable and get a happyness of their life,
Hi Sally! Thank you for writing your homework response to the article from Time magazine. I wanted to tell you that I am so proud of your homework assignments, you are doing such a great job!
In class we talked about a few corrections that you could make to this article:
1. happyness=happiness
2. more good= better
3. same stage= equal
Here are a few other things to remember when you are writing:
-use "an" instead of "a" before a vowel (example: an education)
-look at the spelling of the words: negative, thankful and cultures
-when a noun is plural, we don't need to write "a" first (for example a man=one, men=many)
-when a word is describing a verb (action word), we usually use "ly" on the end (example: live comfortably)
Try to make your sentences simple, without extra words, so they are easy to understand :)
Nice job! I really like how you use nice, difficult vocabulary in your writing and how you are able to write about complicated subjects and your opinions. I can tell that you really understand the readings. See you in class, Sally!
