I have a question about "how far along...". What was your exact question about project? I mean how i can express about project with how far along.
How far along is your project? Is it right?
and one more question. How can i answer to how far along?
that poject is done already. i'm working now. I just started that project. or 2/3 or half done :)

Some examples of how this question may be modified by the speaker:
"How far along is it?"
"How far along is your project?"
"How far along are they on this?"
"How far along have you come?
All of the questions above are asking, "How much work has already been done on the project?".
Viable answers include:
"We have completed half of the project."
"I will have completed two-thirds of the project by next month."
"They finished yesterday."
"We have only just begun."
"How much further do you have to go with this project?"
"How much time until completion?"
These questions are asking how much more work needs to be done.
Viable answers include:
"That project is finished/done already."
"We need to finish up the last bits of work." (means they are close but doesn't give an exact amount of time)
"I will be done in a few years." is similar to, "I will be finished in a few minutes."
"We need to submit it for final approval."
