2. The cases for a refund & makup-up lesssons

The cases for a refund:

1. If a student signs up, but after a few classes is disappointed and decides to withdraw, the student will receive a refund for the remaining classes.
2. In the case of an unexpected teacher or schedule change, the students may decide to withdraw and receive a refund for the remaining classes.

3. If a student pays more than one month at a time and decides not to come the additonal time, we will refund the school fees for the time during the following month(s) for which they won't come. 

Make-up Lessons:

1. If the teacher or school is responsible for a missed lesson, we offer a makeup lesson at the student's convenience. An example of this situation would be a sick teacher, technology issues (a problem with the teacher's computer or internet), or a power shortage in the US or in the UK.  

2. In other cases when a student misses their lesson, the school is not obligated to schedule a makeup lesson. However we always like to help our students and therefore we try to schedule makeups whenever possible.  If the student wants to reschedule the lesson, they must inform the school or their teacher a minimum of two hours in advance. In this case, we can only schedule makeups during the current month.

3. If the student misses the make-up lesson, there will be no make-up offered for the missed make-up lesson.

4. The school has no obligation to schedule makeup lessons unless the student speaks with the office directly. The school is not responsible for unknown agreements between the teacher and the student.
