Zzzzzzzziiiiiiiiiipppppp!!!

As I was zipping the suitcase zipper, I gave Katherine some candies. 

Here is how it happened. One hot summer, I had a talk with Katherine during our English class. We were talking about my up coming trip to Hawaii. “I’m going to Hawaii next week. I’m gonna have all the fun!” I said to Katherine.

“Sounds fun. I wanna come too,” she said hopefully.

“No way! My parents will disagree.” I was surprised.

“Maybe, we can plan some way to go to Hawaii together!” The next day, Katherine came to my house.

“ I have a great idea popping in to my head.” Katherine said with excitement.

“I’m excited! Tell me!” I said.

Katherine showed me how the plan was going to work. First, I would put Katherine in my suitcase with some candies for her belly. Next, I will listen to music with Katherine by my earphone after we are in the plane. One earphone in my ear and the other earphone goes to my suitcase. Also, I planned to give her some food like Bibim rice during the flight. After we are in Hawaii, I would hide her as long as I could. 

One week later, I packed my stuff animals, a book, some candies and chocolates and last of all Katherine.

My family went to the airport. My heart was beating faster and faster. We were afraid because maybe my parents will find out. Finally, we went in the airplane. I got ready to listen to music. Katherine also wanted to listen so I handed her an earphone. Then, a sound was heard from my suitcase. Growl! I quickly checked if Katherine was hungry. First, I thought she was not hungry at all because of the sandwich that we ate. Katherine likes to eat a lot, so I gave her some cheese. I felt sleepy. I slept and when I woke up, I felt like I had slept for centuries.

After 9 hours, our family came to Hawaii.  I quickly carried Katherine to the hotel. I had many things to do so I went out and forgot Katherine. I went to the beach and had a sand massage,  ate delicious food and drank cool beverages. Tired of playing, I went to the hotel and lay on my bed.  My heart was leaping to my throat. I was afraid that Katherine would be found by my parents.

This is how my Hawaii trip began. You could try it someday!
