20. One of your students, Hye-young, shows poor academic achievement, does not consider other students at all and shows up herself. So, her classmates do not like her. One day, one of her parents came to school and complained that three students in your class are bullying her and stopping her from getting along with other friends without any reason. However, you could not help but thinking that everything went wrong because of Hye-young. Provide at least five ways to guide Hye-young, while satisfying the parent.

21. Myung-soo is quite often bullied and ostracized because he is very poor and introverted. Today, you learned that he can't even pay the tuition and is very worried about his sick mother. You notice that he is more drawn into himself and unmotivated for any school work. Tired of bullying and shame, he is thinking about quitting the school. As his homeroom teacher, what would you do?
