Transitions or 'Connecting Words' in English 

As you probably know, transition words help explain how sentences go together or are related. Indeed, using transitions not only makes the content clearer and easier to understand, but it also sounds great and can really improve the sound and flow of speaking! Furthermore, the use of a correct transition can allow you to say things in fewer words, making things easier and faster to communicate.
