Teachers Meeting on Feb. 28th
Host: Carrie
0. Small Talk
1. The result of the connection quality test this month:
1.1. The best quality: Megan from Seattle
2.2. The next best: Colleen from Burlington, NC
2.3. The next best: Lowrie from Philadelphia
2.4. The next best: John from Virginia Beach
2.5. The next best: Sharon from NC
2.6. The next best: Nick from Edinburgh, UK
2.7. The next best: Joshua, Whoops, Guatemala
2.8 The next best: Carrie from Toronto, Canada
Our teacher's connection quality is good in general.
Some advantages took John and Colleen, because the test was done at the time most people sleep, for example at 3AM or 5AM. Teacher Carrie's download speed is the best among our teachers, but her upload speed is probably the last.. Carrie can see her students wonderfully, but her students can not see her so good. Our teacher is an active Internet user, so teacher's upload speed is usually more important than the download speed.
2. Interview Teacher vs. Primary Teacher
Interview Teacher:
The teacher who first interviews a student, is the interview teacher. The teacher will have the prime rate for one month but less than two months.
Primary teacher
1. How a teacher obtains prime teacher's right: The teacher that causes a student to join the school.
1.1. If your student tells others about our school and they choose to join us, then you will be the new student's prime teacher even if you cannot teach them because of the schedule.
1.2. If a new student feels strongly about having you as their teacher because of your presentation on our website. then you will be the prime teacher even if you cannot teach that student.
1.3. If a student chooses to rejoin the school, the student's prime teacher will recover the right automatically but only if the teacher is teaching at our school.
1.4. The interview teacher will be the student's prime teacher automatically, if the candidate has nothing to do with the case of 1.1, 1.2, or 1.3.
2. How a teacher loses prime teacher's right:
2.1. A student chooses to discontinue their study with the prime teacher obviously and never to begin with the teacher again.
2.2. If the teacher leaves our school and Kevin gives the teacher's right to another teacher.
Notation:
Prime Teacher: "Megan-Vanessa" -- The student's current prime teacher is listed first. The students original prime teacher is listed second.
Current Prime Teacher: Megan; Student's First Prime Teacher: Vanessa. The student's prime teacher is Megan.
Prime Teacher: "Megan (Colleen)" -- The interview teacher is listed first. The expected prime teacher is listed in parentheses. Interview Teacher: Megan; Prime Teacher afterward: Colleen.
Prime Teacher: "Center-Nicola" -- The student's prime teacher is listed second, however the teacher is unavailable. The main office is keeping Nicola's prime right, even though her student is being taught by someone else. If Nicola starts working at our school again, she would get the prime right immediately.
* If a teacher has a lot of prime teacher's rights, then the teacher's contribution to our school is considered greater.
