3. About Homework Assignment:
What is homework at our school?
Fundamental Homework
Definition: Everything that students do for the class outside of school.
Because it is the same homework every time, the teacher should not have to repeat stating that this homework exists. However, teachers should explain this homework, and the students should understand that there always is homework.
The contents of the fundamental homework:
Look over previous work
Prepare for next class, especially for the review at the beginning of the class including thinking about the lesson and potential questions and the answers.
Especially for low level of students (Reading Starter 2 or lower):
Students should read the main text min. 10 times aloud and write down the text once or twice.
Extra Homework:
Things that teachers assign on a class-by-class basis are considered extra homework.
