What are the best ways for a person to be healthy?

I think we should exercise everyday, and we should not eat a lot of fast food.  It is important for our body cells and nervous system that we eat healthy foods.  I agree with the statistics that I have read that we must exercise regularly.

It is also important to check your health with the doctor.  You should also eat foods that are prepared by your family at home.  Food produced at home is less likely to have many calories when compared to fast food.  Drinking eight glasses of water contributes to peoples' longevity.

After reading about a scientific study conducted on rabbits, I learned that it is important to provide food and water to animals and therefore this should also happen for humans.  One rabbit almost died, and the other rabbit lived.

Do you think people in Korea live longer these days?  Nowadays, we have a lot of social welfare facilities and programs.  Also, the Korean economy is ranked 10th in the world.  So when I get older, I must partake of these social welfare programs to ensure that I live a long and prosperous life.
