My country's national bird is a magpie.the magpie" it's body length is about 45cm long and the tail is small than to a crow.the first wing collar,shoulder and belly is white, and the rest is green or purples, or glossy black.The magpie inhabits all around korea, and there are many of them in our country so i can see them often sitting on the trees.these magpies is concluded in many superstitions in korea, and magpie is a charecter in the old korean folks tales.
for example, a magpie is belived to bring good luck, so if you see a magpie in the morning, that day will be a good day. but i think its just a old wive's tale.
