1. The following actions will result in a 15% reduction in the shared teacher's bonus rate.
- Absence from the weekly Teacher's Meeting, 15% for every missed meeting.
- Absence from the monthly Teacher's Party.
- Not completing the Student Cards will result in a 15% loss.
- Not completing Evaluation sheets on time: Total 45% for three months (15% a month).
- Other obligations that may arise.
- Every rules has an exception, please ask Kevin if you have any questions.
