2. Connection quality test from next week on.
3. Date of Preparation: The date the teacher completes the report. (Year/Month/Day)
Start Date: The date the teacher starts to teach the student, or starts to teach the student again (Year/Month/Day)
End Date: The date of the last class the teacher teaches the student (Year/Month/Day), if the teacher no longer teachers the student.
4. Make-up lessons on Sunday: Carrie, Melanie and Sharon have classes on Sunday. Please don't forget it.
