1. The rule change:
At the time of lesson, call the student right away at the scheduled time, whether or not the student is online. In the case that the student appears offline, you should try to call anyway.
If any of the following occur, send Kevin a message:
- Online but no ringtone
- Online with ringtone but no answer
- Offline but no ringtone
- Offline with ringtone but no answer
Please make sure to send the message after only one minute, do not wait until a few minutes later or it may be too late. Don't hesitate, just send a message. This way, Kevin can send the student or their parents a message as soon as possible.
It is important to always call the student on time, whether the student is online or offline. Otherwise the teacher should give the student a make-up lesson.

You can change the password to use it privately too. If you change the password, the administrator doesn't have access to the email.

- the folders already in your drive are the students you are teaching
- the students in your personal folder are the ones you are teaching alone (ie. Colleen's Cards)
- the students outside your personal folder are the ones shared with teachers (ie. Lee Stella - sharing with Phoebe)
- be aware that you might have to download a program in order to download a file (Win7 does not require it)
- uploads may require Adobe AIR
- drag and drop the uploaded file in the necessary folder
