Document Sharing (Drive)
The domain for the drive is http://drive.aloud.kr. Your email address is your ID to use the drive.
- The folders already in your drive are the students you are teaching
-The students in your personal folder are the ones you are teaching alone (ie. Teacher Colleen)
- The students outside your personal folder are the ones shared with other teachers (ie. Lee Stella - sharing with Phoebe)
- Uploads may require Adobe AIR
- Drag and drop the uploaded files in the necessary folder where you want to share them
- The folder, "Your-Ex-Students": Please fill the student's card out who you don't teach any more, don't forget the ending date. Rename the student's card, for example, KimJohn555_Year_Month: KimJohn555_14_12. Kevin will then put the file in the "Your-Ex-Students folder", and delete the old file in the teacher's folder.
