Tom’s Summer Story
This summer, my family went on a trip to Jejudo (Jeju Island). When I was there, I was very excited. I was in Jejudo because it was our family’s last trip. It was my mother, father, brother and me on the trip.


In Jejudo, we went to the stone museum. They have a lot of stones in different shapes and sizes. There was one naturally shaped like a mother hugging her son. That stone was my favorite.


I walked along the street with my family and I saw a lot of horses eating grass. I also saw a submarine in the ocean. The submarine is for looking underwater in the ocean.


My family stayed in Jejudo for 5 days.


I went to the chocolate museum. I was able to see how chocolate is made, and it was pretty cool. I bought dark chocolate for friends and people who couldn’t come on the trip.


My favorite part of the trip was going to a botanical garden. They have a lot of different plants, like flowers and huge trees. It was very aromatic in the garden.


They have a lake at the botanical garden, and I rented a bike and a kayak. I rode on the kayak in the water. It was very gorgeous water, it looked like emeralds.


It was a very great trip.
