The thieves tried to steal from a bank that was next to the diner. They used a bomb to make a tunnel into the bank. The Rescue Rangers caught the thieves. In the end, the owner was surprised because the diner was so clean. Also, Monterey Jack left her the recipe for his cheese soup.
