My Summer Vacation

This summer I went to Caribbean Bay with my parents. Caribbean Bay is a big water theme park. My father and I like swimming pools, but my mother doesn’t like them. When we got to Caribbean Bay, first we changed our clothes. Then we borrowed life jackets. I wanted to go to the wave pool, but first we had to eat breakfast. I wanted to go to the swimming pool quickly, but my mom said I couldn’t. She bought me a hair tie and swimming cap. Then I went to the wave pool and it was very exciting.
After an hour and a half I was a little bit tired so I went to my parents and my mother said my father was looking for me. After we ate some lunch and I went to the lazy river with my parents. It is very slow and fun. We sat on the tube and the water moved us along. We got a little cold so we went to the indoor aquatic centre. There was a hot spring pool and food court. We went in the hot spring pool and then I rode the tube slide. It was a little bit scary but very exciting.
After that we went out to the wave pool. My mother said it was very scary because of the big waves but my father and I thought it was very exciting. My parents got out of the pool and I played in there alone. At 4:30pm we left Caribbean Bay and went home. It was a very fun day. If I have a chance, I would like to go there again.
