Hello! My name is Pristine and I am 8 years old. I am in the first grade. During the Summer, I went on a trip to Haeundae Beach in Busan. Haeundae Beach is a famous beach in South Korea. Therefore, it is a very popular spot for many people in the Summer.

Shall we dive into my Summer story?

My dad drove our family to Haeundae Beach. It was amazing! I had never seen anything so big and blue in my life!  The endless ocean welcomed my family with it’s crisp, ocean smell. I was so excited that I jumped along the shoreline like a bunny! Hop! Hop! Hop!

The most memorable event at Haeundae Beach was the fireworks.  It felt like I was in a magical land.  Boom! Pop! Crack!  The sounds of the fireworks got me excited! Amongst my family, my mom enjoyed it the most. I saw a glow on her face. While watching the fireworks, she kept saying how happy she was. Because of the fireworks, the dark night turned the atmosphere bright and festive. There were all sorts of shapes and colors in the sky.  It was so magical. The fireworks invited me to a land of imagination. My imagination was going wild! The fireworks looked like a lion pouncing around, or even Cinderella in a carriage to meet her prince charming. Can this all be real? Am I in a fairy tale?
