Last summer I went to America with my mom, grandma, and brother. I stayed there for two months, and I went to the mall when I was living there. I also went to a swimming hole near my aunt’s home. I made a computer game in summer camp, and I visited the coca-cola factory. I was surprised to see a big group of tourists like us. Actually, we saw people from many different places: I guess everyone likes coke! We tried many kinds of coke from around the world. Japanese coke was very strange because there were no bubbles like in American Coke and it tastes watery.

Another great adventure I had was going to Stone Mountain. The special thing about Stone Mountain is that is made of just one piece of stone. We bought a ticket to the cable car and rode up the mountain. Somebody warned us that people with acrophobia should not go to the top. When I got there I understood why--it was really high! There was also a stone carving in the wall as large as a football field!

Later I went to another summer camp, a movie making camp! My partner and I made a movie with Star Wars Legos. We placed the Legos, filmed, and then moved them a very little bit before the next filming. It took a long time but in the end we finished first. Another day we used special make-up, clothing, and fake blood to disguise ourselves as zombies. Then we went to the gym and chased the little kids around! When I got home my mom was very surprised to see me covered in bruises, burns, and fake blood.

It was a great vacation but I missed Korea! Then when I finally came home I missed the U.S.A.! I think both countries are wonderful places to live and work. I hope to visit the U.S.A. again soon.

Thank you for listening and Happy New Year!
