One day there was a boy named Nick he made up the word frindle instead of the word pen. The boy(Nick) he used it so much the whole school uses it. His teacher didn’t like it she was trying to stop it so it was like word wars. She gave him to sign a letter and she said if the whole thing ends. Mrs.Chatham(the principal) was angry. She went to Nick’s house to tell them what there son is doing in school. Nick’s mom thought it isn’t important. He thought it was like chess Nick’s mom is the white queen and Mrs.Chatham is the black queen. Mrs.Chatham went out of the house. An reporter found out about the new word so she went have a talk with Mrs.Chatham. She said it is not a big problem. She went to see Mrs.granger(Nick’s teacher) and have a talk with her. she also said it isn’t a big problem so she thought it was weird and she found out it was Nick. She went to meet Nick parents. It was in camera so 2 million people saw it on tv. There was a man he was really rich he first herd about the word finale so he made a pen with frindle on it. But now people know Nick made it so he had a talk with Tom (Nick’s dad)he got permission to use the word and he is going to give Tom 30% of the money. In 10 years Nick was in collage and he was rich he got a package with a present and an envelope in the present there was a dictionary and in the envelope he signed 10 years ago in the envelope it said to go to a page and in the page there was a word frindle in the dictionary and they lived happily ever after.

His teacher, Mrs. Granger,  didn’t like the students using the new word so she tried to stop them from saying it. It was like a word war. Mrs. Granger gave Nick a letter to sign but she didn’t let him see it. She said he could open it when “the whole thing ended.” 

    Mrs.Chatham, the principal, was angry. She went to Nick’s house to tell his parents what their son was doing at school. Nick’s mom thought it wasn’t a big deal. Nick thought it was like a chess match. Nick’s mom was the white queen and Mrs.Chatham was the black queen. 

    A reporter found out about the new word  and went to have a talk with Mrs.Chatham. She said it was not a big problem. The reporter went to see Mrs. Granger to have a talk with her. She also said it wasn’t a big problem. The reporter thought it was weird and she found out it was Nick who had invented the word. She went to meet Nick’s parents. The reporter filmed the interview and two million people saw it. 

    A really rich man heard about the word “frindle.”   He made pens with the word “frindle” on them.  By then people knew that Nick made up the word. The rich man got permission to use the word from Nick’s Dad as long as he put 30% of the profits in the bank for Nick. In 10 years Nick was in collage and he was rich. He got a package with a present and an envelope in it.   The present  was a dictionary and the envelope was the letter he signed 10 years before.  The letter said to go to a page in the dictionary and on that page Nick saw the word “frindle.” Incredibly it was a real word in the dictionary. Nick lived happily ever after.
