Every winter, I go to High1 ski resort with my family. This place is considered the youngest ski resort in Korea because it was built 7 or 8 years ago while other ski resorts were built almost 15 years ago. High1 ski resort is always in the stage of continual construction. Every year I go to High1 ski resort, they make new buildings, new lifts, new gondolas and many other things. My family goes to High1 ski resort every week of every winter. My brother and I are ski level 1, which is about the level of a ski teacher. I am very good at skiing. Even though there are snowstorms, I can find High1 because it is very colorful compared with the bright white snow.

As I said above, skiing is very fun. However, there were some dangerous situations I faced. When I was going down the biggest and longest slope in High1, someone bumped into me from the back, and I rolled down the slope. When I tried to find the one who bumped into me, he/she ran away without apologizing. This accident could have sent me to the hospital. In addition, one time I was skiing down a narrow slope and two skiers rushed to my side, one from the right and one from the left. If I bumped into them, I could have died.

When I go to the ski resort, I’m already tired because going there is very uncomfortable. Also, it is a very long way, enough to get mentally ill. Furthermore, skiing creates many dangerous situations. When I go back home, my body feels really, really tired. However, I have never felt any regret in my life when I have gone to the ski resort.
