2. The case for a refund & Makup-up lesssons

The case for a refund:

1. If a student signs up, but after a few classes is disappointed and decides to withdraw, the student will receive a refund for the remaining classes.
2. In the casse of an unexpected teacher or schedule change, the students may decide to withdraw and receive a refund for the remaining classes.

3. If a student pays more than one month at a time and decides not to come the additonal time we will refund the school fees for the time during the following month(s) they won't come. 

Make-up Lessons:

1. If the teacher or school is responsible for a missed lesson, we offer a makeup lesson at the student's convenience. An example of this situation would be a sick teacher, technology issues (a problem with the teacher's computer or internet), or a power shortage in the US or in the UK.  

2. In other cases when a student misses their lesson, the school is not obligated to schedule a makeup lesson. However we always like to help our students and therefore we try to schedule makeups whenever possible.  If the student wants to reschedule the lesson, they must inform the school or their teacher minimum two hours in advance. In this case we can only schedule makeups during the current month.

3. If the student missed the make-up lesson, there would be no makeup for the missed make-up lesson at all.

4. The school has no obligation to schedule makeup lessons unless the student speaks with the office directly. The school is not responsible for unknown agreement between the teacher and the student.
