The little mermaid

Once upon a time, the little mermaid and her family lived in the sea.

 

She wondered what was up there.

 

So she asked her grandmother to show her up there.

 

Her grandmather explained to her about the world above the water.

 

The little mermaid wanted to go up there.

 

 But, her grandmother told her that she cannot visit the surface until she is fifteen.

 

At last, she was 15, and went up there.

 

Then, she saw the prince and fell in love with him.

 

The mermaid wanted to have a soul and marry him.

 

But, In order to marry him, she needed legs.

 

She thought that the Sea Witch would help her get legs.

 

The witch wasn't a good woman, so she asked the mermaid to give her voice.

 

The mermaid gave her voice and took the magic drink.

 

If she doesn't marry him, she will die and her soul will disappear.

 

Unfortunately, the prince misunderstood whom she saved.

 

At first, the prince liked the mermaid before seeing the princess.

 

No sooner had the prince seen the princess than he noticed that she

was the one who had saved him. (This is originally not true.)

 

As the mermaid is either stupid or virtue, she can't kill the princess.

 

Eventually, she didn't get married and went to the sky.

 

What a stupid and poor girl!

 

Even though she lost all, she hoped that they are happy.
