I think that colleges should not have to inform parents about their children
Because it is disturb for student's rights.
Of course student's college tuition, their parents pay it.
Maybe student's right is not important than parents investment.
But parents need to esteem there children.
So it is problem consult with their within the family.
Students choose their college. but they must consult to parents.
