My aunt lives in Europe. Last summer, I visited her and her family with my mom and dad. We traveled all together throughout Germany and Austria. One day, at a hotel restaurant, we saw German Chancellor Angela Merkel. My dad whispered to me, “Look, there is Chancellor Merkel, getting her food!” Everybody else looked excited, but I didn’t care. I didn’t understand them. “What a fuss!”
The most exciting thing for me was visiting Lego Land. Everything was made of Legos. I went with my cousin Raphael, and we had a lot of fun together. My favorite ride was Ninja-go!! Ninja-go is a ride about ninjas. We sat down and rode a dragon as he flew through the air. He flew very fast, and I loved it because it was so scary! I couldn’t believe I was flying with Ninja-go!!
This year, my aunt and her family will visit me from Europe and will fly in on Christmas Eve. They will stay for a week. I’m excited to play the game Bump on my iphone with my cousin. He loves skiing, so I hope we will get to go skiing when he is here. I love to go ice skating, so I hope we can do that too. It’s Raphael’s first visit to Korea. This time, I’ll take him around and show the fun of Korea. I’m thinking about the amusement park, Everland. In Everland we can ride the safari car and see tigers and bears and we can even feed them fruit. I’m really looking forward to this!
