All about Kimchi

   Do you know about Kimchi? Kimchi is one of the most traditional food in Korea. Korean people can eat meals with only rice and cake. It's the same position as pasta in United States. Nowadays Kimchi spreads really fast in the world because of the many advantages. And also Korea is trying to spread Kinchi to the world.

   Kimchi's is made of cabbage with hot pepper. Many years ago. Kimchi was not spicy because there was not hot pepper. So they made Kimchi by radish with salt. After the hot pepper was imported from the West,  people put that in Kimchi.  They made Kimchi in Winter and stored them to eat during the other seasons. In past they stored them at the ground but nowadays we put in Kimchi refrigerator.

   Many people love and eat Kimchi because there are a lot of good points. First Kimchi is goot for diet. Because there are lots of another vegetables in Kimchi and Kimchi has many diet fiber. So it helps to lose weight. Second it has fresh vegetables so it makes our appetires improves. The most important thing is it prevents many diseases like cancer, arteriosclerosis.

   Because of these many benefits, Kimchi is getting more and more popular. To inform  Kimchi through the world, we tried to make variety of Kimchi. For Westerner and children who cannot eat spicy food very well, we made Kimchi less spicier.  If you want to be healthy then try it. I'm sure you'll love it.
