TITLE: My happy days in Daegoo
By John Lee
Hi! My name is John Lee. I am 10 years old. I have one younger brother and I am in the third grade.
My grandparents live in Daegu. My family visits them every summer. I always have a good time there. I have two cousins in Daegu: one cousin is older than me and another cousin is younger than me. I go to the school nearby with my cousins where my grandfather works. We play football and play in the jungle house. My favorite thing to do is to have a grill party. Our grill parties take place at my grnadparents' house or sometimes at the school. We were having grill parties on the playground of the school on holidays. I love it so much.
There are so many interesting things to do there: I visit my cousins' house and play computer games with them. There is a brook nearby named Mooancheon. We go there to have a picnic. I will go swimming there. But I think I should learn swimming in Seoul as soon as possible. So I will swim well there and show it to them next summer. |
