Snow Day
Snow, Snow, Snow. Throughout the night the snow kept falling and brought me a present. When I opened my door the next morning the snow had made a snow wall. Ohhhh! I couldn’t get out. At first, I was shocked, but then I realized that I wouldn’t have to go to school. It was a snow day!
To get outside I needed to jump off the roof into the snow. To get back into my house I needed to dig a hole. When I finally got back inside, my dog, Lulu, ran out. Oh no! I needed to find him.
When I got outside I couldn’t find Lulu. Next to me, there was a hole leading to a tunnel and I thought I should go inside. At the end of the tunnel, there was a giant snow cave and Lulu was playing inside. It was a very wide place. While I was running with Lulu, I saw some of my friends and we played together in the snow. After making snowmen we had a snowball fight. My team won! We also rode sleds and drew pictures in the snow. I wish every day was a snow day!
