They feel that it is unfair to do the work only by themselves, when parents are putting all the responsibilities of housework on them alone. One time my parents gave me chores to make me learn the virtue of working and responsibility, I found it boring and also very unfair because my parents were watching TV while I was doing my dishes. Ironically, parents give their children chores to teach them responsibility, whereas it is an act far from responsibility when parents evade housework and do not model good behavior to the children.

There are a lot of ways to teach children how to work together such as enlisting them for outside activities, team sports, and camping. For example, I was able to learn responsibility when I was in the school soccer team, not when I was doing the housework. I also learned that responsibility is very important in a fun and active way.
