The Last Feast

    The book, The Magic Finger, is about a girl who has the power to change people into animals with her magic finger. When she used her magic, terrible things happened. She swore that she would never use it again.

She was really mad at Mr. Gregg’s family, who recently killed some baby ducks for no reason. She saw this and used her magic finger on the Gregg family. The next day the Greggs turned into birds. Also the parents of the murdered baby ducks turned into humans. The ducks got bigger and the Gregg family got smaller and grew wings. The Gregg family learned their lesson when the ducks showed up with guns and threatened to kill their children. They realized why they shouldn’t kill animals and promised the ducks that they would never do it again. Finally, the Greggs turned into a nice family and changed their family name to the Eggs. They prayed for the ducks that they killed and destroyed their guns.

The story ends as the girl is confronting another family with last name Cooper, who are also harming animals.

      This is the untold story of what happened next:

      The girl went to the forest to search for the Cooper family, because they were killing many birds. When she got close to them she felt something strange. She saw a flash of red and felt very angry but nothing happened. She realized that her magic finger was not working any more.

      “You can’t turn my family into creepy animals, you girl,” said Mr. Cooper. “My name is not Cooper, I am the Master of Disappearance. I made your powers disappear.”

      The girl said, “wu….wa…wait, what?”

      “I said I made your powers disappear!”

      The girl went to the library and found a book about The Master of Disappearance. The book said in order to kill The Master of Disappearance you need to take a cup of Coca-Cola and combine it with the “Death of Disappearance” plant which could be found at 54 Columbus St.

       “Um...54 Columbus St.... wait, that is my house! ” she said. “I just have one plant…a cactus.”

       She went to her house and looked at her cactus. When she looked at it really closely, it looked kind of strange. She touched the cactus and it was not sharp. She picked it up and realized it was just a toy. Inside the cactus, there was a black and white striped plant. This had to be the “Death of the Disappearance” plant.

She did what the book said and made the poison. She put the poison in her water gun and went out looking for The Master of Disappearance. She found him killing a deer and said, “you stupid guy, have this for your last feast.”

       “WHAT?!?!” he said
