Last summer vacation, I went to Italy to see my dad because he lives there. We stayed about 45 days, which is a month and a half. My mom and I took a plane to get to Italy and it took about 11 hours and 30 minutes. My mom, dad, and I first stayed in Milan and rented a house near the Milan airport. We planned some trips to visit many islands in the country such as Ischia and Capri.

The first island that I visited was Ischia. That day we had to take a ship to visit the island, there was a very long line to buy tickets to go. After we arrived in Ischia, my father's friend greeted us and led us to find a hotel where we could rest. We didn't think we would be able to have a fun time swimming at the beach because of my dad's work schedule. Fortunately, his work schedule changed so my dad could take me to a beautiful beach. It was so fun that I didn't notice how time flew. The best times in Ischia were the festival on the island and when we traveled around to famous places. I bought some souvenirs for my friends.

My favorite island was Capri. It is because I feel that Capri is a wonderful place to visit and has many famous places such as its beaches. Some traditional festivals in Capri made me happy all day long. I saw some fireworks and I think fireworks are awesome. There were many parties with food and drinks on the tables. We traveled past the biggest cliff in a huge ship and through a tunnel made of stone.

In brief, I think that the trips to the islands of Ischia and Capri were the most impressive that I have ever taken. I hope I can visit Italy again to travel to other interesting places where I haven’t been.
