2. We will no longer be using Google Office to update student cards. We will use OpenOffice for student cards instead.
2.1. Using Drive Program: Add your folder (for example: A_Teacher Carrie) to Your Drive on Google. Using the Google drive Progam: Teachers can download the Google Drive program from Google (http://drive.google.com) and install their drives to their computers. Then, they just update the files on their computer. This is the best option.
2.2. Using a Web browser (Safari, Chrome, MS Explorer etc.): However, there is one other option for teachers who prefer not to install their entire drive onto their computer. These teachers will need to download student cards in an OpenOffice format indivually from their google drive (http://drive.google.com) onto their computers, update them with OpenOffice (on their computers), and then upload the files back to google drive (http://drive.google.com). In this case, you will not open the files on your web browser. Just download the file, open it on your computer, and work on it using OpenOffice.
