If an entry has the most scores in the judging, but it is not a good example for our festival, it will win 2nd place, instead of 1st place.
Most Viewed Video Prize (for all participants): Award: Won 60,000.-
A candidate cannot win this prize two times in a row. So Nicky Lee (The winner in 2016/17) cannot win this prize in 2017/18, but he could win the Popularity Prize in 2017/18.
New Prize: Popularity Prize (only for a non-winner): Award: Won 50,000.-
It is the 2nd prize of Most Viewed Video Prize, but only for a non-winner.
The max. amount of YouTube or the EnglishAloud website (http://wf.aloud.kr) clicks counted is double the number of EnglishAloud or YouTube clicks that were received by the video. YouTube clicks is as important as our website (wf.aloud.kr) clicks from this year on.
Example: if someone receives 50 clicks on our website and 150 clicks on YouTube, only 100 of the YouTube clicks are counted, total: 150 clicks. If someone receives 200 clicks on our website and 50 clicks on YouTube, only 100 clicks of our website are counted, so total: 150 clicks.
