Hillsboro School District, June 2013-Current, Co-coordinator, Dual Language Summer School Program Development and design of program structure, supervising 25 employees and serving over 100 families through a wide-array of courses to enhance the social fabric of the Hillsboro School District Manage over 10 summer courses aimed at addressing unmet needs of Hillsboro’s low-income and Migrant populations, including Adult ESL, GED courses, Citizenship preparation and other classes anchored in the creation of access and social equity Coordinate and present staff development opportunities with focused efforts on equity, multicultural cooperation and conflict Collaborate on the creation of informative outreach materials including newsletters and pamphlets to identify resources for families in the community Answer all communications and inquiries in a timely, efficient manner; direct students, parents and faculty to the applicable resources when necessary
