My First Trip to Thailand

Last summer I went on vacation to Thailand. It was my first trip there and I was

very excited. I was especially excited for the plane ride but I had no idea how much fun the country would be.

First, the house where I stayed had a lighted swimming pool. This meant we could swim at night. The house also had a drink fridge next to the swimming pool. I really liked this because I love to drink soda.

Second, I really liked the local food. I didn't know about Thai food before traveling, but when I arrived in Thailand, I loved it. The best food I tasted was Pai Thai. This was a delicious noodle dish. For dessert, I really enjoyed fresh mango shakes.

My favorite activity was going to a hidden lagoon. To get to this lagoon, I had to ride in a small boat. At the entrance, I had to lie down as we went through a small cave. A small, beautiful lake appeared as we came to the end of the cave. It looked very cool and awesome. The water was so clean and clear, I could see all the way to the bottom. This was my favorite place I visited during my trip.

I would recommend this place to my friends. This is a good place to travel to because of all the new and interesting things to experience. I would like to visit Thailand again in the future.
