"My Jeju Summer Story"

In August 2017, I went to Jeju Island for the first time in my life. I was looking forward to the trip. When I left the airport, the hot and humid weather welcomed me. I stayed at a great five-star hotel that had a swimming pool and a fancy restaurant.

On the first day, my family and I went to a restaurant that specializes in the famous black pig dish from Jeju Island. It was really delicious and aromatic. Then, I went to the computer history museum and saw the Apple 1 computer. At the museum, I experienced a new and interesting thing, virtual reality. It was very expensive but, it really was like reality. When I shook my head, the screen also shook.

On the second day, I went to the lava caves. It was hot outside, but the caves were really cold. Thousands of years ago the lava was passing there, isn't that really interesting? Next, I went to Cow Island. The shape of the island looks like a cow. On the island, peanuts are really famous. I ate peanut ice cream and peanut caramel candy which was very sweet. At night, I swam in the hotel swimming pool and ate fried chicken with french fries.

On the third day, I went to Seopjikoji. Seopjikoji is a very beautiful peninsula. Many Korean TV

dramas are filmed here because it has really beautiful natural landscapes. However, they weren’t filming when I went there, so I just took pictures with my family. Later, I went to the beautiful Cheonjiyeon waterfalls. It was so hot on this island, all I wanted to do was dive into the waterfalls. Unfortunately, it was illegal.

On the last day, I went to the beach. It was awesome. I went swimming in the ocean. Then, it was time to go back to Seoul. Even though I had a great trip to Jeju, it was great to see the Seoul skyline again. This is end of my trip. Thank you for listening.
