Hello, my name is Peter and I'm going to talk about the movie "Inside Out". This movie is about when the main character Riley moves into a new house in a new city. She couldn't adapt to her new school and she misses her old friends. Inside of her head there are a lot of emotions. In this movie there are 5 characters in her head that control her emotions: joy, anger, sadness, disgust and fear.

 

The emotion characters thought that sadness wasn't a useful emotion, but they were wrong. One day Riley couldn't adapt to her school so she wanted to go back to her old life. She couldn't tell her parents because she was shy. Finally, she deiced to run away from her house. During her journey, sadness touches her mind which made her go back home. When she arrived, Riley told her feelings to her parents.

 

I think sometimes when you have a problem you should just tell someone your feelings and ask for help. That's how you can change your feelings. Three years ago I moved to a new city and made new friends. I was able to adapt to my new school easily. However, a year later I had to move into a new house and new school again. I didn't want to move but I hid my feelings. However, I talked with my parents before moving. Eventually, we moved but I felt better then when I hid my feelings.

 

Lastly, I want to tell you: don't be shy when you have a problem. Tell your feelings to your teacher, parents or adults near you. Break away from any problems that you have. Try to communicate with your emotions.
