1. Updating a student card correctly (per month): 1-3 USD external Bonus 

Penalty: Fake updating: - 5 USD 

If a teacher is taking some days off and another teacher will replace them, the teacher should update the student cards before they leave. In this case, we don't pay the extra bonus. But if the teacher doesn't update the cards, then the teacher should pay 1 dollar per card as a penalty. The replacement teacher should update the student cards and will get the bonus. The replacement teachers won't pay any penalties even though they didn't update the card. 

Updating the student's card while you are teaching the student is okay. But you should not update another student's card at that time.

2. Filling out an evaluation sheet correctly: 3-5 USD external bonus. 

Kevin will ask the parents or the student if they want to have an evaluation sheet that month. If they do not want or don't answer, we will pay 3 dollars to the teacher for the student without any evaluation. If the teacher completes an evaluation sheet, we will pay between 3-5 dollars for one completed sheet.

Exception: Our teachers should complete an evaluation sheet for new students. 

3. Uploading articles onto our band: 3-5 USD external bonus a month.

You can see the results not on that month's sheet, but on your wage sheet one month later in general.

Uploading articles on our band and updating student cards are double bonuses in addition to our traditional bonus system.

These rules will begin this month from May 2021.
