Very funny.  I like the argument between the two camels.  Here are my corrections.  If the word or letter is striked out, take it out.  If the word/letter is only red, leave it in:

There was were two camels named Jinny and Katherine. They were friends but Jinny was a Bactrian camel, and Katherine was an Arabian camel. Now let's listen to their conversation. -

Katherine : Hey!! Jinny!! Aren't you tired??  Do not to use more than one exclamation point or question mark in homework assignments.  for online messages it is okay, but it is not standard English.
Jinny : Me?? I'm okay. But why?
Katherine : I thought you will would be tired. You have two humps!!
Jinny : Oh?? Me!! hHow about you?? Your humps are too small that so people think you're a horse!!
Katherine : No, Tthey do not!!
Jinny : Yes, they do!!
Katherine : Then let's ask to our owners!!
Jinny : Good idea!!
Katherine : Hey!! Do you think I look like a horse??

Katherine's owner : Are they crazy??
Jinny's owner : I think so.. Maybe they are tired.

Jinny : Let's Jjust talk to ourselves. I'm sorry.
