Hello, I'm Racheal and this is my summer story.

This summer, I took coffee lessons. I learned how to make drip coffee with a friend. We learned for about two weeks.

First, we learned the history of coffee and then, we practiced roasting the coffee beans. This was not easy because I had to continually roast the beans and my hand began to hurt. Second, we learned about all kinds of coffee. We made and tasted coffee from Guatemala, Colombia, Kenya and a few other countries. The Kenyan Coffee was sweet, acidic and bitter. I liked the Kenyan coffee the best. Do you like drip coffee? If you like a more bitter taste, I recommend Kenyan coffee because first it tastes bitter and at the end it tastes sweet. This is why I like coffee from Kenya!

Last, we made an Americano. It was not easy, but it was fun! At the end of the course, I got a home cafe master certification. I have a drip coffee machine. I made coffee for my parents. They liked it so I was happy. I like coffee, so I will get my barista license.

Thanks for watching my video. Bye!!
